General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and customized services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced or a service has been delivered. However, we may offer refunds under specific conditions detailed below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
The service was not delivered as described in the agreed proposal or service agreement.
The customer cancels the project before any substantial work has commenced.
A duplicate payment has been made in error.
A technical error on our part prevents delivery of a purchased digital product or service.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Custom web and software development once work has begun.
Digital marketing campaigns already launched or in progress.
Any design work (e.g., logos, business cards) once the initial concepts have been delivered.
Purchased digital products or packages delivered via download or email.
Cancellation Policy
Project cancellations requested within 3 days of payment and before work begins are eligible for a 90% refund (10% processing fee applies).
Cancellations after work has begun will be assessed based on the percentage of project completed. A partial refund may be issued accordingly.
Ongoing services (like monthly marketing retainers) require at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
